Since this format serves the consumer who’s content with traditional perks and amenities, yet still demands a wide selection of programs, services, and equipment, your club or proposed location should at least offer locker / shower facilities, sports dedicated televisions, group exercise, a stretching area, a specialized circuit, child care, tanning, and a massive amount of strength training, circuit training, and cardio equipment, making this a very high square footage and capital intensive format.
If you’re converting over to our brand from another, your strength training, circuit training, and cardio equipment shouldn’t be much of an issue. If you’re starting from scratch, you’ll have a choice of various strength training, circuit training, and cardio equipment manufacturers from which to equip your club, rather than just being locked into a single pick.
